In conjunction with the CEO and the key players in the business, and consistent with the business strategy, defines the sustainable development policy in line with the focus areas put forward by the sustainable development team and employees.

Coordinates a team of Leaders for the various sustainable development processes (GHG balance, eco-design, human responsibility in production, communication, sustainable development reporting, etc.) and a network operating cross-functionally within the business.

Ensures adequate human, financial and material resources to enable effective implementation of the policy.

In conjunction with tasked SD in production Managers and SD Assessors, internal auditors audit the internal personal health and safety assessment conducted on our suppliers.

Every year, they present a subcontractor safety risk analysis to the audit committee, which is one of the sub-committees of the Shareholders committee.

Working around a series of core issues (GHG balance, eco-design, supplier environmental management, human responsibility in production management, etc.), they define: the strategy, the training courses and the assessment tools.

Carry out HRP and Environmental responsibility in production assessments, coordinate results performance on the panel, and help suppliers to improve their skills by training on the ground.
